MEET ANDREW KRAMER

Dirtbiker, Engineer, Technologist

Andrew is a certified Electrical Engineering Technologist (EET) with a wide range of experience including building oil rigs and working with robotic packaging equipment.

He participated in robotics competitions throughout high school and continues to explore new technologies like working with CNC milling machines and 3D printers.

Andrew grew up in Ontario, Canada. In his 20's, he moved to Alberta, which opened up an entirely different riding experience.

In the spring, summer, and fall, he rides his Husky FC450 on back-country trails and his e-bike through the foothills. During the winter, he has has taken a snowbike up into the mountains and studded up his tires to dirt bike across ice-covered lakes.

Andrew also travels to the US to enjoy riding in Nevada, Utah, California, and Arizona.

AK Technologies (AKT) began as a side hobby after friends started asking Andrew where they could buy the unique products he was using on his bike, in the trailer, and in his garage.

Andrew has created dozens of innovative products for snow bikes, boats, dirt bikes, and cars. Though initially intended to meet his own needs, his designs have caught the attention of recreational and outdoor companies worldwide.

Andrew continues to gain traction in the moto industry, with dealership partnerships in Canada and the USA. He also has a global consumer base, reaching as far Europe, Australia, and Africa.

AKT is a Canadian company that has grown year after year thanks to the amazing support from riders far and wide.

Though a love of wheels and technology was the inspiration for AKT, serving the dirtbiking community has been and always will be the main driving force.
